Dear ILS: I completed my second purchase of an "ILS certified" vehicle and can't speak more favorable about John Crocker and his team of professionals that prep, market and sell limo vehicles that are what they say they are. Neither of my purchases required me to travel to Arlington because I was completely satisfied with the information I obtained on the vehicles through pictures, phone calls and a 3rd party vehicle inspection. I had no hidden surprises when the vehicles were delivered and inspected by my mechanic. I drove down to South Hampton docks today to collect my Krystal limousine, only to find a limousine that was basically appalling waiting on me!! As you can imagine I was totally devastated and very,very annoyed. However, luckily for me it was a mix up at this end...somebody had driven off with my limousine and left the appalling limousine for me!! You hear all about these nightmares on the internet, but you never expect it to happen to you! Well believe this...it happened to me alright!(one big nightmare) What made it worse was the fact that the man that had driven off in my limousine was at Eastborne...so I had to wait for him to come back to the docks to return it to me!! I thought that International Limos had supplied me with a limousine that wasn't as advertised on the internet. My wife rang on a number of occasions to speak to Charles regarding this, but fortunately no one had arrived at work...luckily for Charles! As we were very,very annoyed and angry, thinking he had supplied us with an appalling limousine!! Luckily for us International Limos supplied us with a beautiful limousine, which is in immaculate condition!....not like the one the other man was supplied with, which was in terrible condition....not fit for a dog to ride in, let alone for a wedding!! It would have probably fallen apart on the way to the church!! We will definitely be doing business with your company again! Once again, we would like to say a big Thank You to International Limos, especially Charles, for everything you have done and for being so patient! Everything you had described about the car was as you said it would be. It had been detailed,licensed, and fueled. Your service was incomparable. My husband is disabled and unable to fly so traveling was limited to short trips. My son James thought the solution to our problem would be a larger car and that a limo would best suit our purpose. I recently started a Limo service. I quickly found very few quality limos in my area, so I hesitantly began to search out companies on the internet. After dealing with 7 or 8, I called ILS.
